Adobe has added support for HTML5 H.264-encoded video to its Photoshop.com photo and video sharing site, and adding an HTML5 video playback widget to Dreamweaver. That means that Photoshop.com videos are now playable on any device that supports H.264, including Apple's iPhone and iPad, regardless of whether it supports Adobe's own Flash Player.

A new beta 'Labs' add-on from Adobe adds a ton of HTML5-specific features to Adobe Illustrator CS5. This follows the release of an HTML5 add-on for Dreamweaver CS5 that shipped at the end of August.

CS3 pricing is out, and it looks a bit high! Amazon might have let the cat out of the bag a little early when it comes to the not yet released Adobe CS3 applications.
