Microsoft has admitted to Paul Thurrott that the "third party app" which has been responsible for mysterious data leakage on Windows Phone 7 is, in fact, Yahoo! Mail. The admission came only hours after Rafael Rivera had already proved this to be the case. Rivera noted that Yahoo! was transmitting about 25 times more data than it needed to. Yikes.
Microsoft originally reported that this issue ...

Gmail Labs features are great, but with more than four dozen to choose from, it's gotten a bit tedious scrolling through and trying to figure out which to enable. You could use your Web browser's built-in find feature to locate a specific term on the page, but that's just not very Google.
Which is precisely why a pair of Google engineers decided it was time to add a fancy search option on the ...

Late in 2010, Mozilla delivered the first alpha of Conversations for its Thunderbird email client. The add-on brings Gmail-like threading to your Thunderbird inbox, and it worked quite nicely in our testing. As is the case with an alpha release, however, there were loads of bugs to squash and features to to tweak -- which Mozilla has been doing ever since.
There's now a second alpha of ...

It's nice to see that Google is working to enhance Gmail search, though as Alex ...

The Hotmail team has since posted an explanation. As ...

That battle against spam is a never ending one for sysadmins, and Google has announced that they're giving Apps admins a brand new weapon: DKIM, or Domain Keys Identified Mail.
