May 28th 2007 7:40PM I don't use any of those "disposable" address services at all. They are sometimes irritating to set up, then you need to make and effort to check them (like webmail, which I hate), plus without signup they are insecure and anyone can login and view the emails you receive.

I use http://www.spamgourmet.com. It requires signup, but once done you can make up new addys on the fly, even a unique one for each garbage service you sign up for, and they will be redirected a limited number of times to your real addy. Spammers never get your real addy, you can track all your fake addys and see who is selling your addy, you get emails forwarded into your real inbox so you can use normal POP3 and IMAP access. Once registered, you never need to go back to Spamgourmet if you don't want to (though they have cool tools and options). It's the best service of the type I've found. If anyone knows of better, let me know!
