Dec 15th 2007 1:50PM Judging from the fact that the iPhone has taken more market share in the US (Q3 2007 http://jkontherun.blogs.com/jkontherun/2007/12/iphone-q3-us-sa.html) that WM across all devices, I can't see how Microsoft can pull this back without dramatic changes to WM - but how long is that going to take, and how much will Microsoft manage to screw it up?

May 5th 2007 5:08AM Apple actually acquired Fingerworks some time back and got all of Wayne Westermans work (inc his thesis from 1998/9) - the tech tho goes back to 1983 - read Bill Buxton's page at http://www.billbuxton.com/multitouchOverview.html - he is a Microsoft employee.

Sep 7th 2005 5:34PM "Sync from Outlook: You know, the PC only email client?" I must be missing something really weird. Why would I want to sync emails with my music app? Is the Sync for the phone? Why isn't it in iSync? Please help before my brain explodes.

eMac: Worst product of the year? (TUAW.com)

Dec 22nd 2004 4:12AM I use an eMac exclusively at home (at least until I can afford an upgrade), and there is no way that you can claim this thing is the worst personal computer of the year. I've sold 2 friends on switching to Mac with half an hour apiece using my eMac, both are going to get the same machine. When was the last time someone said that about a Dell?
