Cinematical Seven: The Funniest Ladies of 2008 (Cinematical)
Oct 8th 2008 2:12PM Actually I would say that all 4 SNL alums began their careers before they were on Saturday Night Live. You usually have to do something of note in the improv / comedy community to get noticed and make it on the show. Amy Poehler in particular was on Upright Citizens Brigade a couple of years before starting on SNL.

Giveaway Monday: Twin Peaks - Definitive Gold Box Edition! (AOL TV)
Oct 29th 2007 11:54AM Twin Peaks is easily one of my favorite TV shows of all time and I would love to win the DVD set. The episode where the killer is revealed is still branded in my memory and I think about it frequently 15+ years later.

Cavemen: Her Embarrassed of Cavemen (series premiere) (AOL TV)
Oct 3rd 2007 8:43AM The creation of this show was terribly ill-conceived but what my wife and I watched last night was incredibly funny. We laughed a lot more watching this then we did watching Carpoolers (which we liked as well).
The plays on inter-racial dating were pretty stupid but the Nick character was very funny. After while I didn't view them as cavemen per se but rather just really hairy bachelors.
