Nov 18th 2008 2:38PM I've been using trillian for years now, and TODAY marks the last day that I shall force myself to put up with such an unreliable, crash-prone product. I am trying a few different ones. Pidgin was at one time the top contender, however it seems to have an overarching priority to display all 25 AIM bots that it added to my buddy list versus actually showing more than 3 of at least 40 (at any one time) real people online.

Sep 21st 2008 12:55PM Whoa, I was in this episode, albeit only as background as one of the musicians. They shot it at some podunk building outside of Pasadena. Can't tell you much more as I spent most of the time out past the grip trucks getting high with an electrician, but they brought 3 or 4 "kitt's" with them so I had hoped that this might be an interesting, slightly less corny than its predecessor type of episode.

Newp. It wasn't.

Seiko's EM-49 in-car socket extender with USB (Engadget)

May 21st 2007 12:58PM funny, I just did something similar to my car, though I installed it internally. I had some extra card slot USB ports with extension wires on the back, so I removed them and cut holes in a small panel on my dashboard. I currently charge my phone and ipod from them, and it works great!
