Aug 1st 2007 1:06PM You make a good point about there being a slew of checkout services. However, hopefully the Amazon service is tied to a user's Amazon account, which is one payment-related account a user is likely to already have.

Hopefully Amazon matches the Paypal web service so no redirect is necessary.

Jul 12th 2007 1:05PM Back in 1994 a lot of people had email but it was via Compuserve, AOL, and their proprietary brethren rather than directly directly through Internet providers. Most could email out via the Internet but getting to a website was less common.
