Feb 13th 2006 6:16PM Forget the FOX didn't promote it arguement. They promoted it, as much or more than they promote anything that isn't IDOL, or Animals Attack or some other stupid animal act.

STOP watching shows on FOX, they are the worst network for canceling good shows - just off the top of my head - Space:Above and Beyond - John Doe - Tru Calling - Firefly - Brisco County Jr. - Futurama, and I'm sure I missed some.

Love Monkey had low ratings, and someone here even pointed out it had some strange sound problems/issues.

I think its possible to OVER Promote shows. Love Monkey, Heather Graham's show and the Jenna Elfman show this year, every Sienfeld actors new show, the networks overhype and drive expatiations so high the shows cant deliver the numbers.

According to this Wikipedia there were 15 shows canceled after 1 episode running from 1961 to now.

John Doe coming to SciFi (AOL TV)

Jan 15th 2006 9:16AM More reason to HATE Sci-Fi. Why pick up a dead show, with no ending, no resolution and no possibility of it restarting. Sci-fi should have saved this show when it was cancelled not re-air the 21 episodes...

Dec 5th 2005 5:41PM Boy this makes no sense at all. The Sci-Fi channel is no longer relevant. Doctor Who still doesn't have an outlet in the U.S. and Sci-Fi is running: junk like Ghost Hunters, Tripping the Rift, SG1 without RDA doesn't work and Atlantis which is a retread of the good early years of SG1. People seem to like BSG but thats it for the channel. Who is running this train wreck and how in the world do they keep their job???

I didn't see him "tinker" with the wires, looked like he was just tracing them... 2>After watching Kate's backstory - can someone explain the toy airplane? 3>Why does her father believe she would kill Wayne if told he was her father?

Nov 15th 2005 8:12PM How can David Cross blame FOX - FOX kept this LOWLY rated show on alot longer (2 seasons!!) than it deserved. Critics loved it - Few watched. FOX promoted the hell out of it - Few watched. Five emmys recieved - Few watched. Enough already let it die.

Nov 1st 2005 7:43PM The first Highlander movie was pretty good. Your choosing the Pink Panther cartoon over SG-1 boggles the mind. And until they changed the entire show in the second season War of the Worlds was a decent show. "Killing off Richie has to rank up there as being one of the stupidest decisions in TV history" - Your kidding right? Richie was the worst character (other than Richard Moll in the first episode) in the entire series.

NBC Fall Preview now online (AOL TV)

Sep 2nd 2005 5:35PM I guess you dont have Direct TV which has been running all the network previews for a month now. The hour long episode for NBC aired 2 weeks ago and the ABC 1/2 hour (of which 22 minutes is a recap of lost is airing now)
