"Yesterday, under the patronage of Vitaly Klichko, was presented the first Ukrainian SUV, named VEPR (Warthog), designed and assembled by the engineers of Kremenchug Autotransport Enterprise.
While creating the VEPR the engineers took as a basis a military platform called "Chainmail." Despite the fact that VEPR is a civilian vehicle, and not a military one, the outside of the car is armoured.
The first Ukrainian SUV is 5 meters long and 2 meters tall. VEPR's mass is over 3 tons.
The release of a V.I.P. model of VEPR is also being planned.
The starting price of a VEPR is $70,000."

The incident probably didn't even happen there, since the verdict looks to be in "kronors" and in Ukraine we use "hryvnyas." Probably Czech republic.
Anyone wants to badmouth czechs and their Skodas?
