Interclue for Firefox: Getting a clue is now easy (and unobtrusive) (Download Squad)

Jan 4th 2008 3:45PM After testing it out... I now have both CoolIris and InterClue installed. I like them both, and each has features the other doesn't have. Incidentally, I think InterClue's configuration screen is MUCH heavier than CoolIris's. Not that that makes it difficult, but when I first looked at it I thought, "OMG that is a lot of options."

Note: With InterClue installed, I was able to uninstall LinkPreview, so I'm 1-for-1 in extensions-installed.

Interclue for Firefox: Getting a clue is now easy (and unobtrusive) (Download Squad)

Jan 4th 2008 2:31PM This review doesn't motivate me to swap out CoolIris... but I will investigate. CoolIris is configurable too, everyone knows that, right? I set mine to preview only when I hold Control while hovering over a link.

I also like CoolIris for the quick & easy Send Link via Email ability. Sometimes I don't WANT to post something to the socialnets.

CoolIris has a "stack" ability - but it needs a little more refinement. It creates a thumbnail list of a website, but it's only a temporary list and is dumped when you restart Firefox. I'd like (the option) to be able to save my stacks.

Tried, True, Good For You: Fruit and Nut Bar (That's Fit)

Dec 28th 2007 1:21PM Please don't think that these are *good for you* if you're baking them at 325ยบ, cooking with canola oil, and using a microwave. All those things are BAD for you. Consider such a recipe as COOKIES and you'll be fine.

That being said, homemade is always better than store-bought/processed, so there is that.

Ultimately, adapt this recipe for a low-temperature food drier, use coconut-, palm kernel-, or possibly sunflower oil, and throw your microwave in the garbage. Also, use raw nuts instead of toasted. Even though toasted tastes better, raw nuts are healthier.

Wii know, wii feel the same way (Engadget)

Apr 28th 2006 12:02AM Heck, I'll still get one, but maybe we should just pronounce it "W2" since technically it could be said that way...

"Nintendo W2" has some strange codename-like acceptability to it. Not the way "Revolution" did, but it (and most everything) is better than "Whee!"
