Feb 23rd 2011 4:04PM On my VirtualBox Windows 7 x64 Ultimate image, the install kept failing after 26%.

I had to download this from MS:

System Update Readiness Tool for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB947821)

Installed that, rebooted and then installed SP1 again with no issues.
