May 5th 2011 4:29PM They supposed to be releasing the updated/re-designed iPad app in the near future.Let's hope the purchase by Twitter doesn't block that release. I quite like the newly designed TweetDeck app. It makes sense to my brain. I just wish they'd add support for sending a URL to Readability.
Apr 28th 2011 9:37AM I wish they'd release Time Out (specifically the NY app) in an iPad format. It would be far more useful than the confusing and collapsed iPhone app.
Apr 27th 2011 3:40PM Are you really shocked? Of course BS biased articles like this will show up on this site. They're as bad as Gizmodo and TechCrunch.
Apr 27th 2011 11:57AM What on Earth are you talking about? No one used the term "app" to refer to applications until Apple's iPhone graced us with the App Store? Seriously? Maybe in your world, but not in the actual world.
Apr 27th 2011 11:55AM I really hope Steve ends up being his own down fall here. He really needs to get kicked in the ass from time to time. Maybe it'll wipe that smug smile off his face for a few minutes.
Apr 27th 2011 11:54AM haha...certainly sounds like some Apple sheep are feeling pretty defensive about the rise of Android.
Apr 20th 2011 10:51AM Can't say I'm surprised. Typical Apple business practices.
Apr 18th 2011 9:58AM Tweetbot is massively overhyped. It's basically the hipster version of a Twitter application. It's unnecessarily over designed and overly busy simply for the sake of being different than The Man (the official Twitter app). It's missing too many features to really be useful, and yet people are claiming it's amazing, game changing, etc etc ...all because a few talking heads have already decided that it was all of those things based on the company's admittedly great history of apps. Tapbots shouldn't get a free pass on an app that is just a pretty face with very little substance.
Apr 18th 2011 9:51AM Wow...way to go HuffPo. Way to kill a great site.
Apr 18th 2011 8:01AM Wow, a white phone ...what will Apple thing of next?
