Dec 10th 2006 3:48AM There are definitely issues with iTunes, Quicktime and Vista. iTunes is doing something strange with disk I/O, causing it to be very slow while syncing and updating tags, etc.

Also, you sometimes will encounter a "cannot write to library" error unless you run the application as an administrator.

Quicktime's 5.1 audio seems to be broken, too.. but it might be Creative's drivers. Who knows. It took Apple forever to fix the problems with Creative's drivers under XP, so I'm guessing it'll be fixed for Vista pretty much never.
