Sep 15th 2009 11:49PM I haven't seen the problem you are reporting, my problems are annoying though.

1) I can no longer sync a smart playlist that references another playlist.
2) The order of the playlist is not copied properly to the playlist on the iPod Touch. In fact, I am hard pressed to determine any ordering.

Both are VERY ANNOYING for me! I have a 2G iPod Touch 16 GB.

Jul 8th 2009 9:24AM I have the inconstant wireless strength on my iPod touch. Before the 3.0 update, I had between 2-3 bars in my office (which is the other end of the house from the AirPort Extreme). Now I get anywhere from 0 to 3 bars.
