sorry about the caps, this just makes no sense to me after EVERYBODY said that this is what it would need, I understand that if it had a second one it *might* be harder to use because it isn't shaped like a ps1/2/3 controller (which they should do!!) but it would still be better in my opinion

Apr 27th 2009 8:10PM xmbc, not sure if it is possible though, needs to integrate the ability to watch live tv over a tuner, even if it is plugged in to my computer and streamed in that way, but it really needs to happen, I also think that the problem with the 360 being a center piece for a media center is that there are too many menues to go through, I should be at least able to choose which icons I want it to show at first, but browsing through the game in the xbox, the store, friends online, and all of the other crap that I actually never go to, to get to what I want is stupid. Is there some way to customize which catagory comes up first? If a company wants to make a game device also be a home theater device than they have to compete (menu wise) with the simplicity of turning on your tv, the media/netflix/whatever needs to be the first, or second thing you can click.

as an owner of the samsung nc10, I believe it it worth the plunge, I use it everyday for all my computing needs, and it doesn't slow down, within windows 7, I have about 5 and a half hours of battery life, in xp I got about 6 and a half, but i switched to windows 7 a few month, meaning the battery could have lost a bit of charge. Linux, except for Fedora, doesn't work very well on here, apparently many people are having trouble with ubuntu on it.

Also, If you want to, they now make a black nc10 that has an extremely high capacity 6 cell battery that gets 9.5 hours of battery life, but costs about $500, on the other hand, you can get a 9 cell battery for the samsung nc10, which will get some insane amount of battery life also.

Basically, go buy it, it has lowered in price since when I got it. It is a great and sturdy machine, my only regret is not holding out for the high capacity battery model

Mar 3rd 2009 8:40PM I was about to sell my n810 also, I am wondering however, the n810 already had apps for it through a repository (did i spell that wrong) that had programs created in various different kinds of code, it wasn't jailbroken or anything, this is what it came with, how is having an SDK any different from having the repository that is already there? a unified programing language? an actual app store? thanks
