Jun 26th 2009 10:18AM I have a DSC camera myself and it took perfect 16:9 pictures very sharp all over the picture, which is also discussed in the article. But was absolutely useless at night without flash. The ones I had before that were much better in this regard.
I would like to know if T900 does not have this problem.

Apple is based on open source BSD, just not on the GPL license like Linux.
Also it is not a requirement for the software to be open source to run on Linux.
Get a clue.

the process may be two-step. First download a program to determine the codec, then download a codec itself.

However my solution to this kind of a problem with Linux system was to download all codecs for MPlayer at once and never care about them again.

I guess the real problem with Mac may be the QuickTime Software does not have some codecs at all or not for free. But I do not know that much about Macs.

Bass was really mediocre for the size and the price.
Altec Lansing inMotion was way superior cheaper and smaller. Only it was not white :-)
