Google Chrome 10 comes bundled with HTML5 games (Download Squad)
Dec 21st 2010 1:06PM Strange. I actually installed Poppit the other day while checking out the Web Store. After clicking the various full screen Flash elements that seem to make up the game (don't know where HTML5 comes into play, it ultimately loaded a blank screen. I tried a few more times and finally gave up and uninstalled it.
Chicago Apple Store bricked Tuesday night (TUAW.com)
May 20th 2009 4:51PM Huh. A story about someone TRYING to brick an iPhone, and failing to do so. Usually it's the other way around. :)
Countdown to Wrath Giveaway: Day 7 - BlizzCon Polar Bear Mounts (WoW)
Nov 6th 2008 2:37PM I've never had the opportunity to attend a Blizzard event, and so this would make me extremely happy. :-)
WoW Insider giveaway: Manaprincess swag (WoW)
Jul 10th 2008 11:32AM I'd use the mana pot to make sure I have enough mana to take down the damn Internet filter at work that prevents me from reading your blog except on my iPhone, and the health pot just in case I pull too much agro from the IT dept. :-)
Posterous: it's like Tumblr via email (Download Squad)
Jul 2nd 2008 2:48PM Correct me if I'm wrong, but I have Tumblr, and I'm able to email posts already. So besides the lack of signup, what other incentive is there to this?
eBay Find of the Day: Ferrari Conciso concept (Autoblog)
Jan 9th 2008 3:12PM The first thing I thought of when I saw the picture was that this was a promotional shot from the sequel to Pixar's Cars. Is it just me, or does this thing have a cartoon face in the front?
Review: 2008 Scion xB (Autoblog)
Oct 23rd 2007 4:39PM I have an 08 xB, and I love it. I just traded in my tC of 3 years, which I also loved, and never had any problems with. I won't speak on design, because it's a matter of taste. I'll just say that I enjoy the look quite a lot.
I disagree with a lot of what you said in your review, however. Perhaps you guys are really large, like gianesque, since you think that there's not enough room inside the car. And your legs must be irregularly long for you to have a problem with the protruding shifter. The gauges in the center took some getting used to, but are much easier now that I have.
I have quite a few of the factory accessories on mine, and I find that it handle very well once with the available suspension bits. Quite a bit of fun to drive.
As for the mileage? You guys must really have a lead foot when you test cars, because I'm getting 27.5mpg on a regular basis, and I don't drive like a granny.
However, not every car is for everyone. To each his own.
Windows Update pushes out "stealth" updates, Microsoft explains (Engadget)
Sep 14th 2007 12:24PM Not every negative post about Windows needs to be a platform for prozelytizing in the name of Linux. If people want to use Linux, there's plenty of information out there. We don't need the childish attempts to tell people who prefer not to convert "I told ya so!" and "Nya nya, Linux is better!"
You use Linux? That's great. Congratulations. I use Windows. I'm going to continue to use Windows. Now lets move on, and stop threadjacking.
iPhone's latest update improving WiFi and camera? (Engadget)

iPhone 1.0.2 update released (Engadget)
Aug 21st 2007 8:19PM Well, "brick" probably wasn't the right word, seeing as it restored and it works fine now. However, I WAS trying to hack it using iBrickr, so perhaps I just had that stuck in my head still.
