TUAW Giveaway: Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare for Mac (TUAW.com)
Apr 11th 2011 8:58PM I've only played 1 COD game in my life⦠and that was for about 20 minutes. I know that makes me a bad person. But I'd love to start playing. :)

Codeweavers says cheap gas = free software today (TUAW.com)
Oct 27th 2008 11:00AM Just a note, the CodeWeavers Lame Duck page says that if the goal is met by the 28th of any given month, the giveaway happens the first of the following month. So giveaway day isn't tomorrow, but November 1. Just sayin'.
The stingiest airlines are charging for water (Slashfood)
Aug 19th 2008 10:44AM Just earlier this month, I flew Continental for the first time. I was shocked: not only are drinks still free, they give you a whole stinkin' meal. By meal, I mean a meal, like sandwich, chips, and dessert. They're not always cheapest, and not always on time, but they are friendly and feed you well. Needless to say, Continental won my affections.

Aug 19th 2008 10:24AM Curses be upon stupid password managers and their auto-submit features!
What I meant to submit:
I'd probably have some fried rice with chicken, 2 good egg rolls, and some egg drop soup. That's about the only Asian food I like, so that's all that would be in the bento.

Ad placement gone wrong - VIDEO (AOL TV)
Jul 3rd 2008 4:21PM This is fake. If you watch closely, there is an MSNBC logo that appears on the screen during the transition from commercial to news clip. Then on the news story itself the overlay mentions CNBC and Weather Plus, both NBC Universal properties.
Also, network logos never appear over ads. This is simply someone's lame attempt to make a funny, it is not real.
Ask TUAW: Syncing from a portable to a desktop Mac, battery comparisons, Apple TV to NAS, iPhone SDK and more (TUAW.com)
Mar 13th 2008 11:32AM I've been a Mac user for two years, and I have just switched from a first generation Aluminum PowerBook G4 running 10.4.11 to a first generation MacBook Pro running 10.5.2.
Are there any applications or tips and tricks that I need for Leopard and an Intel Mac? Anything I need to be aware of?
I know it's kind of a loaded question, but I appreciate your help!
