Konami bans Joystiq (The Jason Calacanis Weblog)

May 13th 2006 2:02AM AOL is a unit of Time Warner with its own CEO. AOL bought Weblogs, Inc., of which Joystiq is a part of. All of the different units have their own CEO's, making them independent of one another. Understand?

Biased or not? (AOL TV)

Feb 25th 2006 12:50AM JimK, you have similar partisan organizations like that on the Right. The Family Research Council, NewsBusters a project of the Media Research Center & Parents Television Council these three are headed by Brent Bozell.

Last July, the FCC received 23,547 complaints, 23,542 of them were from were from the PTC. So let's get this straight, 5 complaints from everyone else in the country, and the rest 23,542 from the PTC. How convenient..

Biased or not? (AOL TV)

Feb 24th 2006 2:37PM When you bitch and complain about the so called "liberal media bias" as long as Conservatives & Republicans have, you tend to get the general public to agree with you more and more. Then you point to that belief by the general public in that falsehood as if it is true. Were all the Conservatives living under a rock during President Clinton's second term? Would you call all the reporting during that time as "liberal media bias"?

Bill Kristol: "I admit it," he told a reporter being interviewed in 1995 by the New Yorker. "The liberal media were never that powerful, and the whole thing was often used as an excuse by conservatives for conservative failures."

Feb 14th 2006 5:02PM Why, why is Kimmel’s show still on the air? How many times does he have to invite his own girlfriend to be a “guest”?
