BlizzCon ticket drawing winners to be selected soon (WoW)

Aug 26th 2008 9:21PM The number of subscribers has no direct effect on the odds of winning. If you had a Blizzard Store account before the cut off date then you could opt in. My guess would be a few hundred thousand accounts and of that maybe 25% actually opted in.

Either way may the Light guide me in winning a pair.

The Bill Day giveaway (part 1) - Toshiba Gigabeat T400 (Engadget)

Jun 27th 2008 11:50PM My favorite MS product would have to be XP. Why because it runs on some pretty old hardware even still and does everything I would need it to on said machine.

iMac Software Update 1.1 (TUAW.com)

Sep 14th 2007 11:24AM The thing that makes me laugh are all of the after I applied update X, A B C started happening. When update X loaded nothing at all in those areas.

That iMovie update made Safari and 3 party product X beach ball and crash all the time.

The video update is not giving me audio problems

Repair permissions and reboot. And when it says it is optimizing the system do not touch it because it is actually optimizing the system.

Keep crappy-meal toys from clogging your house (DIY Life)

Jul 26th 2007 4:10PM I do agree with the in with the new and out with the old tip but even better is how about avoiding places that serve crappy-meals all together.

Full home telephone service for under $10 a month (DIY Life)

Jul 26th 2007 4:08PM Or you could just continue to use your mobile phone for your domestic incoming and outgoing calls which are part of your monthly plan and save the $120 dollars a year.

I have a Skype-In number and it expires in August but found that everyone calls on the cell phone anyway so I will let that one be freed up for someone else. I can still use Skype for international calls which I will continue to do so.

Wii Warm Up: Is Wii Sports worn out? (Joystiq Nintendo)

May 7th 2007 11:53AM Yeah I still rock Wii Sports almost daily. It's my exercise routine at home amongst other things. Get in about an hour of it 4 times a week. Mostly boxing. It's funny to see my arms get cuts in them from playing a video game. Oh well. Now if there was something to work on the abs portion.
