"Leaked" Keynotes (TUAW.com)

Jan 14th 2008 4:52PM Long story short - I wrote it, a friend posted it on Wikipedia against my wishes - yes, it's fake. A longer explanation here: http://dyo-ecksdee.com/2008/01/14/apologies/

Displaperture 1.0 (TUAW.com)

Nov 8th 2007 3:02PM Also, it supports Tiger as well, as noted on their home page (and in my testing).

Poll: OS war, 2007 (Engadget)

Oct 17th 2007 8:17PM Now, those of you that are bashing the Mac already:

Have you tried it?

I'm sure that if you get a Mac, just for kicks, and actually _genuinely_ don't like it, there are quite a few Mac users out there that would refund your purchase price. Because they're just that kind of people. And don't try the "Have you tried XP" route, either: we have. We know.

Though, most of us _haven't_ tried Vista. I'm not allowing it in my home until I get confirmations from several people that it has improved significantly from the current build, and that probably won't happen until SP1/some time after SP1 if Microsoft really drops the ball. Not to say that I'm opposed to using it, I just don't want to until I know it's stable enough.

And, seriously guys, try Gusty Gibbon. It comes out tomorrow. It's free. You can't hate on free stuff.

Apple adds new mobile protocol handlers (TUAW.com)

Oct 10th 2007 5:11PM The cool thing about this that all of you seemed to neglect in your comments is the callto:// handler, which is used for linking to Skype usernames, which when clicked, will call that person in the Skype application.

I hope this means that Skype is coming to the iPhone.

AllofMP3 promises to resume service (Engadget)

Aug 27th 2007 1:24PM In Soviet Russia, AllofMP3 sues you!!

Yet another cooling solution for your Wii (Engadget)

Aug 6th 2007 11:54PM As I was scrolling down the front page, I didn't notice the title to the story, and as soon as I saw the top bit of this thing, I thought it was the new iMac until I actually saw the story's title.

I think I fail at life. Either that, or I'm a LITTLE bit too obsessed with finding out what it looks like.

Apple's MacBookPro 85W MagSafe adapter finally shrunk (Engadget)

Jul 21st 2007 6:04PM It's probably also likely that they'll come out with a new MBP soon...
probably in "3-4 weeks." I don't see why they would release a new
power adapter if they weren't going to have a new machine to go out
too.

Stephen Colbert gets an iPhone, warns of impending iEye release (Engadget)

Jul 21st 2007 10:03AM You do realize the guy doesn't even work for Engadget, right? It's called SARCASM. Google it.

Sheesh, some people are dumb.
