Jan 20th 2008 7:03PM I have the Wii Fit (imported by my wife's sister). The board is incredibly sturdy, I don't see how anyone could break it by accident - minus the extreme cases, of course. It's a lot of fun and you do get a fairly genuine workout out of it.My wife challenged me to use it for 20 minutes every day for 3 months to see what kind of impact it may or may not have. I'll be blogging about it at http://wiifatty.com in the coming week.
Jan 28th 2007 1:20PM I'll wait to download it on itunes!
Jan 7th 2007 6:41PM RCA still exists?
Dec 15th 2006 5:35PM Z-Wave is significantly better than X-11. X-11 is complete crap. Good for it's time (late 70's) but no good now.PS. The Logitech Harmony 890 does everything this remote does and is cheaper.
Dec 4th 2006 9:34PM > Is it any worse than being able to play as the > Covenant in Halo 2? Where the funk did you leave your brain? You honestly don't see a difference between playing as a nazi soldier, whom actively participate in and advanced the darkest moment in human history, versus playing as a make-believe monster in a sci-fi video game?Is your sense of reality that warped?I don't think a game like that could be made, there would be no market for it. How do you justify a game like that morally? How would you even begin to provide a moral context? As much as I love WWII shooters, I do have a bit of a moral qualm playing them, even as an American soldier aka a Good Guy(tm). I think FPS trivialize the war experience and, because of the abstraction of the consoles or PC's graphics, rob the experience of any anchoring in reality. An example of this is the poster's comments above where the relativism of playing a real historical prototype involved in massive human atrocities versus characters in a science fiction video game have escaped their understanding.
Dec 3rd 2006 3:11PM REZREZDid I mention, REZ?
Nov 21st 2006 1:45PM Sweet, looks a lot like Power Stone, which is an all time fave of mine from the DC days.
Sep 19th 2006 10:23AM How does this compare with crackberry 87xx?
Aug 6th 2006 1:46AM Blade you sound like a shill for motorola. "delivering a superior uncompromising mobile experience" Have you ever actually said that to someone? The Q is a piece of crap. brian, if you want push, go with the blackberry 8700. I was a long time treo fan, 600 to 700, but the 8700 totally decimates it. I also think it's easier to carry around than the treo too, no more attenae in the nuts (I usually carried the treo in the front pocket of my jeans). The only thing I'm missing from the treo is KeyCaps.
Jul 13th 2006 12:10AM How about Windows Mobile is slow as crap?Try playing with the MotoQ for awhile.I'll take my blackberry 8700 over windows mobile any day of the week.
