Getting Started with MacFUSE: DLS How-To (Download Squad)

Jan 20th 2007 5:19PM I compiled everything, but something got wrong about permissions, even though I verified it. I get this error:

kextload: /Library/Extensions/fusefs.kext: no such bundle file exists
can't add kernel extension /Library/Extensions/fusefs.kext (file access/permissions) (run kextload on this kext with -t for diagnostic output)
fusefs file system is not available

No idea why it looks in /Library/Extensions instead of /System/Library/Extenstions. The kext doesn't show up in System Profiler even upon reboot. I might have messed something up.

Btw: when copying fusefs.fs to Filesystems, the folder in question contains hidden .svn directories, not sure if it's important or not, but I preferred to remove them to avoid something weird happening.
