Video: GT5 physics are completely realistic (Autoblog)
Dec 9th 2010 12:49PM That's a bug? Looks like the physics engine is working quite well considering the developers never intended for that situation to occur. Now if the cars just clipped through each other, that would be a bug. Are those videos of rockets in Halo 3 being deflected and killing players halfway across the map bugs, as well?
PS3 exclusives sell 45% better than multiplatform releases (Joystiq Playstation)
Jun 12th 2008 11:08PM Seems logical. The PS3 is a beast to code for, so development studios that can focus on creating code for the PS3 alone make a higher quality game than they would if they were making a multiplatform one, so not only do people prefer multiplatfrom games on their Xbox, they PS3 exclusives are the best games the PS3 has to offer.

May 31st 2008 3:36PM So wait, nVidia likes the Communists?
(The Spetsnaz in the game use the hammer and sickle as their symbol and want the Soviet Union back.)
Latest iPhone beta firmware does full screen captures, saves web images (Engadget)
Apr 15th 2008 10:44PM Hopefully this does come to the iPod touch, and the 2.0 update includes a camera roll or something similar. Right now there is no camera roll, so any application (right now, just ones from a jailbreak) that wants to store photos to the iPod and have them be immediately viewable uses the camera roll. Each time I take a screenshot with Capture, I have to FTP into the iPod and browse to an obscure location in order to retrieve it. Now, I know there won't be jailbreak apps to factor in, but what would a drawing app do to save images?

Kid gets mooned on Burnout Paradise (Joystiq Playstation)
Mar 11th 2008 12:01AM Imagine if he had been shown some random guy's dick, what media uproar that would have caused. It's an interesting insight into what it takes to get people to play your game without wearing pants.

Window Clipping helps you make better screenshots (Download Squad)
Jul 28th 2007 4:17AM You forgot to mention the sole reason why I like to use Window Clippings: Window shadows are preserved when using Aero.
Best looking Ferrari Dino guess yet (Autoblog)
Jun 22nd 2007 9:22PM So it seems I'm not the only one who thought it looked like a new Corvette. I really think that the back of it is what brings the C6 to mind, but the rest of the car has similarities as well.
Fullerscreen: Firefox add-on of the day (Download Squad)
Apr 7th 2007 12:09AM Conversely, not everyone wants to use Firefox (like me, because it's had to make some compromises in the looks department to be cross-platform.) Besides, there are other browsers, like Opera, which happen to have it built in.
Though that is the beauty of Firefox, ship a very lightweight browser "core" and let everyone pack it with the featureset they want through extensions.
