Everything else we have now is also a luxury such as running water, hospitals, 911, public transportation, public education, electricity, sewers, roads, highways etc and I bet people would b***h like crazy if the government said they would no longer support those

The whole country wont be LTE for atleast 4-6 years so it would be highly stupid for Apple to have a LTE only phone.
Any LTE phone being released in the next year will be a LTE/CDMA or LTE/GSM hybrid.
