Science Finds an Evolutionary Basis for Pillow Talk, Post-Sex Snacking (Lemondrop)

Oct 7th 2010 7:15PM Depends on where the pizza's from. There used to be a joint called Goldberg's Pizzeria in Manhattan. They had the best deep-dish pizza I've ever eaten (before or since). THAT pizza I'd RATHER have than sex, thanks.

Microsoft's Courier 'digital journal': exclusive pictures and details (update: video!) (Engadget)

Mar 5th 2010 3:29PM This thing does not exist. Apple's iPad DOES exist. That means Apple has an enormous head start in refining its product's functionality. By the time 'Courier' comes out - if it EVER does - Apple will have lapped it. Several times.

Mar 10th 2009 3:42PM There won't be a keyboard on this thing. Why would you want a touchscreen AND a keyboard in a form factor this small? (You wouldn't.)

"How are sales of the Apple TV? I mean, it is the most awesomest of all products, right? So it should be selling billions of units, right?"

Uh... actually, they re reported to be selling nearly 3X as many Apple TVs, vs same quarter a year ago (i.e., BEFORE the economy really tanked). Should have checked your facts before opening your mouth, clownboy. But don't worry - a nasty enough retort will MAKE YOU RIGHT!

Would Ghosn be the best choice to lead GM? (Autoblog)

Dec 10th 2008 1:51PM Of course, GM should appoint Steve Jobs to head the company. Not only would he introduce the iCar, he works for a dollar a year!

Oct 24th 2008 10:50AM Always entertaining when clownboy sportswriters wander off into political commentary. How is it that they confuse a tenuous, at best, grasp of sports translates into ANY kind of knowledge of anything else?

It's ego, and nothing more. Sad, really. Do us all a favor and stick to what you think you know.

Sep 6th 2008 1:31AM All TV will NOT "be HD" in 09. All TV will be DIGITAL (rather than analog, as it is now) There's a big difference.

Aug 15th 2008 3:30PM "THIS DEFEATS THE PURPOSE OF THE iPHONE"

Typing in all caps doesn't change the fact that you're just not listening. Some people cannot use their fingers with an iPhone, for a variety of reasons.

"Lets move forward - please!"

Indeed. And let's start with YOU.

Jul 23rd 2008 4:30PM "Protectionism seems to be working for most of Japan's car companies. Just sayin'!"

I hear you. Yes, you can find cases where protectionism "works". But overall, it's been a disaster for the Japanese. Really, you can't beat a system where you simply allow a failing company to fail, and try to encourage new entities to find their way. GM may be in the toilet, but in its place we have a resurgent Apple along with brand new entities like Google and Amazon. Protectionism won't create such life-giving companies. All it does is keep Zombies alive.

Jul 23rd 2008 1:19PM This link to the current state of the Japanese economy did not appear in my previous comment:

What the Japanese do, in a nutshell, is called 'protectionism'. It's also why it's so hard for foreigners to enter that country and get work. It's also a very bad idea, as the link above demonstrates.
