No. Eve allows you to customize your player to a very personal level. Not anyone can mine. To even get a good amount of ore to time you have to put 2-3 weeks of training into special mining skills. Eve has 4 different races and each of their races fly their ships very differently. Its obvious that you haven't played eve in depth because if you had you would not make such broad and ridiculous claims.
