Jan 4th 2009 7:41PM This car is actually apart of a PR stunt like thing funded by Suzuki for the Game U College Tour.

It probably isn't made by just one guy. Someone didn't do some background research. The guy who took the photo is currently running the tour with some other guy. So this isn't like some modder did this, it's more like a team did this.
