Nov 3rd 2006 4:05PM Classic plaintifs lawyer move. Or 'blackmail' as it used to be called. I bet they were lining up at utubes door particularly after moneybags google bought youtube.

They're looking for a big cheque plain & simple. They DO deserve something if their server gets getting taken down, but this is a bit pathetic IMO.
