Apr 12th 2011 1:06PM man AOL sucks. Honestly, I feel like this blog's hayday was when it was reporting on small fun apps that they had personally tested and reviewed. Since turning into a tech news site, it just hasn't had the same kick. 30-60% of the same stories that lifehacker puts out...but with less quirky stuff. I would have liked to see it switch over to reviewing webapps like makeuseof's cool websites and tools...but ALL the time. not just one post a day. Farewell and thanks for all the great reviews.
May 22nd 2007 4:38PM Too much bloat in many cases. Paying for one program might be okay, but paying for the sum of all of the programs I need is way too much. Office + Photoshop + XP = $1000? They used to give away Office, etc with new PC's. Now they just give away demos, and that's hard to stomach for some of us. Using a computer is supposed to save us time/money.
