Myth. PS3 will upscale what it needs to.. You are getting automatic upscaling on PS3 too.

Please don't link to some 2006 link saying the PS3 has no hardware scaler, as that has long since been debunked too..

Xbox 360 sales increase 88 percent in June, give it US console crown for the month (Engadget)

Jul 16th 2010 3:10AM Wow, I thought Microsoft said 360 slim was selling like hotcakes, it only marginally outsold the PS3 on home turf... I guess they lied...

Obviously 1st month sales will drop back down after the inital fuss dies down, then it's back to normal, outselling the PS3 by 10k a month in the US, but being outsold by the PS3 at 500k a month worldwide...

It's got a bumper on. Without out (and with it), it's still a million times better (and sexier) than a iPhone4.

You don't know what you are talking about. Sounds like you haven't even used Opera.

It does everything you need, in a far better way than Firefox handles it.

If you really must have autoupdating adblock, there is a Windows service for Opera here: http://my.opera.com/mgillespie/blog/2010/02/27/adblock-updater-service-for-windows

Built in. However it's not JUST a ad-blocker, it's a content blocker, it will block anything from a domain, adverts, flash java or anything else..

Think Adblocker+ on steroids You can globally disable sites/content and site-by-site enable it, or vice-versa.

Opera is essential for anyone who uses the web seriously. Once you have used it, everthing else seems a bit of a downgrade.

Sony explains PlayStation Plus: here's what your $50 annually buys (update) (Engadget)

Jun 25th 2010 2:54AM @DizWhiz

@pinktacoyummm

??? 4 games a month for free (48 games a year) for $50, AND discounts on other purchases upto 50%, exclusive content, access to betas, auto-update service.

Are you nuts? Microsoft offer FA for $50 a year. (well online gaming, which Sony offer for free, and is better due to dedicated servers)
