Oct 13th 2006 12:10PM I find it interesting on the comment "To be honest, these ugly restrictions won't have much affect on the average home user". What about the 32% of home users that are not connected to the network or modem. I personally have 2 pcs that are not connected to any type of network. I think the impact on the home user is going to be greater than expected.
