May 27th 2010 2:05PM It's only May and they've already come pretty close to the national average all on their own. That average may have to go up a point after this year if this keeps up, so I'd say it's a pretty big deal. Any time that a single location, no matter how sprawling, has a drastic increase in suicides is going to be a big deal. National averages are just that -- they're national. Shenzhen is just one place in all of China.
