"MS is literally hanging off of Office and exchange. and those products are being challenged. I use google docs often. the shit isnt full featured but it get's the basic job done, its free, and the AVERAGE american doesn't use the features MS office offers."

Do you think MS cares what the average consumer uses. NO they care what corporate America uses. they also know that if you use office at work and are looking for a product to purchase for you home you are most likely going to buy the same one you use at work so that you can do work at home with ease.
