Sep 28th 2006 6:59PM I tried a nutritionist once. I don't do black bean soup, peppers, onions, curry, garlic or eggs. She couldn't come up with a diet. I'm not overweight just trying to improve my health. I'm on my own and even better equipped than most it's difficult.

Sep 28th 2006 12:29PM I'm sorry but yes states can with federal DOT permission convert interstate to toll roads and they have been for a while, and this is a way to help lower taxes (that are already low in the state, with homestead exemption and all) by transferring a soon to be required cost for rebuilding the interstate in southeast louisiana to the drivers who use the road
add the corp is responsible for building and paying for the levees, not the city
