Mar 3rd 2009 8:57AM There's a traditional dish in Colombia that is just like that (sans the bacon side), called "arepas de choclo". They do them with a mozarella-type cheese, rather than cheddar, but they look exactly the same.

Jun 23rd 2008 7:47AM I live in Colombia and I have known Mangosteens since I was a little kid (I am 40 now). They are grown mainly around a town called "Mariquita", in the state of "Tolima". You can find them all year round in Colombia.
