Oct 31st 2007 4:29PM Not only is your iPod great for listening to music it can also be very helpful when traveling.
Use it as a night light by activating the back light to help you find the bathroom in an unfamiliar hotel room.
Store all of your address/emails to communicate home in the contacts files (Will import from Outlook or Windows Address Book).
Use the clock function to keep track of multiple timezones.
Use any extra space to store travel documents on its hard drive.
And, of course fill it with podcast and audiotours to listen to on the plane or at your destination and learn even more about the place you are visiting.
Are Cookies on your Computer Increasing the Cost of Your Vaction? (Gadling)
May 28th 2007 10:53AM There is definitely some truth to this with going through the big discount sites like Orbitz and Expedia. Two years ago when booking a package deal to Jamacia deleting the cookies got us back to the original price we found (about 1,000 vs 1,300 quoted later) after spending time going back and fourth through different options. I think they do it to make you think that you have miss the fantastic deal you found the first time around, as repeatively viewing a package page would mean you have an interest in purchasing it. Try it yourself if you don't believe.

Jan 25th 2007 3:05PM Grant - I think you missed a major point in your reporting of this, that the episodes appeared on YouTube about 6 days before the first air date of the new season of 24. That is what is most likely really causing Fox to sue for information. They are looking the 'mole', not just some person with a DVR and internet.
