Farewell, Internet (Download Squad)

Apr 12th 2011 5:08PM This is a shame, the downloadsquad was one of my most visited sites for tech news, a few of the applications and browser addons I use I first read about here.

Apr 8th 2011 7:48AM If this is true Mozilla should have been more careful, their intention is to make firefox an even better experience but this could actually lead to users sacrificing functionality for speed based on wrong data

Surfy for Windows Phone 7 is a free, tabbed Web browser (Download Squad)

Mar 24th 2011 7:21AM Since it has a software back button I was hopping it would remember the history, but it seems it has the same problem as the default WP7 browser. If you leave the browser and then comeback it will show the last page visited but it wont remember the pages you went through to get there and wont allow you to go back.

Must-have Firefox 4 add-ons for Chrome and Internet Explorer converts (Download Squad)

Mar 22nd 2011 5:27PM @clondike7 Its neither, its addon suggestions for new Firefox users.

And read that line in context, you'll see its true

"If you want speed, security, functionality and full-featured add-ons, Firefox 4 is the only browser worth talking about."

IE9, Chrome, Opera also offer speed and security (Opera is actually quite customizable too) but none of them even come close to offering anything close to the full-featured add-ons Firefox offers.

And these addons greatly increase the functionality. Spent some time finding the addons that suit your needs and you can make Firefox feel as if it was tailor made for your browsing needs
