Dec 21st 2008 12:26AM To me, the price is worth it if does a decent job at formatting and displaying PDF documents, something the other readers are terrible at. My usage is more for reading PDF versions of technical manuals and books than for reading fiction and non-fiction books you would normally read on a Kindle or Sone eReader device.

Aug 30th 2008 2:57AM Big sticking issue for me though is the lack of WPA on their WiFi stack. You are stuck with using WEP, and I refuse to even consider enabling WEP on my WiFi routers. I guess the alternative is the Nintendo WiFi USB dongle. I am intrigued by the transflash adapter and homebrew capabilities otherwise.

Aug 30th 2008 2:50AM BUT... the fact that the DS only support WEP protection and not WPA would keep me from using it for any serious online activity. I've got a DS, but never use the Online capabilities from home because all of my WiFi routers require WPA. I think the only way around that is to use the WiFi USB dongle attached to a PC internally and have it route your traffic outside to the InterTubes.

Aug 22nd 2008 1:36AM I've seen some of those same other sites you mention "parrot" right back to DLS when they find original content. I just think it's the nature of things.
