The Guitar Hero III controller broken down (literally) (Joystiq Nintendo)
Aug 30th 2007 12:09PM How do the Wireless Guitar's buttons have any effect on the game if they're not connected to anything? Surely there must be a docking connector where the Wii-mote gets plugged in.
Regardless, the extra guitars should be (but won't be) a hell of a lot cheaper considering all they are in their Wii form is cheap plastic and a single connector.
Bioshock Tuesday: win an Xbox 360 and a copy of Bioshock (Engadget)
Aug 26th 2007 1:26AM I'd have to say my current favorite game is Kirby's Adventure for the NES. There's just something I love about pink bundles of joy.

Fanswag: Win a copy of BioShock, get it overnighted (Part 1) [We have a winner] (Joystiq Xbox)
Aug 16th 2007 1:25PM I love the suspense, the fear that this game is able to create just by being so damn eerie.

Aug 16th 2007 1:21PM I love the little girls sticking drills in people's heads! It's delightfully twisted and reminds me of something out of a Tim Burton horror movie.
Wii Warm Up: More favorites - Mario edition (Joystiq Nintendo)
Aug 12th 2007 12:57PM SMB 3 got everything right- Super Mario 64, as good as it is, has a terrible camera system, and though it's still a terrifically fun game to play, Mario Brothers 3 in my mind was perfect, in the same way A Link to the Past was the perfect Zelda game.
Super Mario World is a close second- not only is it a beautiful game, it controls like a dream, and the levels were fun and inventive, especially the usage of Yoshi.

Aug 5th 2007 5:21PM I was thinking the same thing: maybe he should have explained the controls BEFORE he started drinking. "Which one's the right trigger?"
