Stupid Windows 7 trick: unlock the secret God Mode folder (Download Squad)

Jan 3rd 2010 3:27PM I always try these tricks at my own risk, so let me warn you before you do the same stupid thing I did:

I'm using Windows Vista 64x Home Premium and created this GodMode folder directly on my desktop.. terrible f# mistake.

Windows explorer crashed in an instant and I couldn't do anything else to undo the damage.

I had to restart windows in command line safe mode and manually rename and erase that directory / folder.

Now it's working fine. You've been warned.
