Feb 13th 2010 11:24AM I have installed and used this Acronis online backup. It is cool to have multiple computers backing up with one account. HOWEVER - the software does not allow backup of mapped drives! It does not even show mapped drives for selection in the "what to backup" options.... NOT cool. I have a support ticket in to see if they will allow mapped drive backup, if not - I want a refund! :/

Dec 22nd 2009 6:52PM OK, after a reboot I did find the drive and files in-tact, the program did not in fact wipe the data, but that was pretty scary when it crashed with an error, then Windows asked to reformat my drive!

Dec 22nd 2009 6:47PM Yeah, I just used this to create a backup image of a USB drive. It did NOT backup the drive and it erased the drive in the process.... great utility - NOT!!!!
