Even if it is a Free App you have to be in the US?

Oct 29th 2009 11:40AM I installed 9.04 and was able to install almost everything. i have a dual boot with xp and it works seamlessly almost that is (minor issues with ntfs read write exist but should be able to close that out) i changed my video card and it worked seamlessly did not even bother me to load a driver. My xp installation asked me to. loaded some other driver for some other work and it worked as well
