Feb 21st 2011 11:02AM The N1 still hasn't received the Gingerbread update it, has it? Being a flagship Android device, you'd expect Google to give it some extra love.
Dec 30th 2010 1:07PM The screenshot says "Data is based on U.S. visits...". ???
Dec 1st 2010 8:21AM What is that button next to the 'close' button in the screenshot? Never seen it before.
Oct 27th 2010 11:26AM Settings up that SOCKS proxy thing isn't exactly easy, but you can get nearly same security with a VPN service. The popular ones, like VyprVPN or Astrill, are not free (still cheap at $4-6 a month), but there are some good free ones like ProXPN and Security KISS.
Aug 12th 2010 2:19PM Does it cut out the crap from the software installers, like Ninite does? I much prefer FreeApps' collection myself, but Ninite's ability to keep toolbars and other junk at bay is magical.
Jul 6th 2010 2:03AM I can't find it. There are these tabs under settings - general, labels, accounts, filters, forwarding and pop/imap, chat, web clips, and labs. No themes.
Jul 5th 2010 4:22PM Google Apps Mail doesn't have themes. I so want it to have themes. :|
Jun 11th 2010 12:19PM This is like Diaspora all over again. A great idea, but something the unnerdy herd will not dig into. Heck, a ton of my friends don't understand Dropbox either, and it's like one of the simplest services you can find out there.I'm excited of course. Lets see what's on offer. :)
May 22nd 2010 5:52AM I tried converting a 700MB AVI file to Web8 format, and it took 54 minutes to get to 5%. Talk about #epicfail. I think it's an extremely rudimentary implementation at the moment, although it'll only get better from now. :)
