Sep 22nd 2009 3:03PM 5byfive looks interesting for quick one-off albums, though it'll most likely interrupt your work flow and you'll have to do the saving/embedding manually.
I personally use MuvUnder Cover: The Album Art Sleuth, http://www.muvunder.com/. It makes it super easy for me to keep my album artwork up-to-date for all my music, no matter the file format.
