Oct 17th 2007 4:54PM The earlier "Lethal Weapon" triple pack (movies 1-3) Was a 2 disc set with one double sided disc and one single sided, so compression shouldn't have been much of an issue. Hopefully something similar is the case here.

Cinematical Seven: Movies to Watch at Home with Dad (Cinematical)

Jun 14th 2007 9:13AM My dad introduced me to W.C. Fields and The Pink Panther movies when I was very young (after he had seen me watching the Three Stooges...he said, if you think that's funny, check this out...) All I have to do is put one of those movies in and I remember him even more clearly. Movies are pretty great that way, no?

Dec 14th 2006 2:04PM Great points about the brilliant directors who have been overlooked for Oscars, but I willdiffer with you on one point. I think it is more important to judge the single film up for nomination, rather than what that filmmaker has done (or may do). I agree that Scorsese should have won in 1990 for Goodfellas, because I think it was a better film than Dances with Wolves, not because of what Costner did in the past or went on to do. Thanks for the column!

Sep 21st 2006 11:11AM Apparently ifilm (or the production company) has pulled the clip from ifilm. Too bad, I'd like to see it.
