I am the developer of CuteCanonCapture. So maybe I can help you out. What exactly do you mean, with using the camera like a webcam? Do you want to use it exactly like a webcam, meaning other applications like Skype recognize it as a webcam? So far I can tell you, that this won't work with CCC. But if you have a specific thing that you want to do, may be I can realize it.
