Aug 5th 2009 5:14PM I've been very successfully using a combination of GTD and the pomodoro technique (http://www.pomodorotechnique.com/). I've also found a series of tools that work really well for me - Remember the Milk, Google Calendar and Focus Booster (http://www.focusboosterapp.com/). There's a great post on the RTM blog, (http://blog.rememberthemilk.com/2008/05/guest-post-advanced-gtd-with-remember-the-milk/") on how to set RTM up for GTD.
I've never thought about making a backup of my system in case one of my services goes down for a while. I really would be lost right now if that were the case.
