Nov 7th 2007 12:45PM Internet...enabled...gas pumps...

Thats so awesome! Haha how funny would that be if it ran Linux or something and you run into someone pumping gas and playing Doom at the pump.

Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare deploys on Steam Nov. 12 (Joystiq)

Nov 7th 2007 12:43PM I really only pirate half-assed games or games that I know I'll play through once and never look at again. For example:

Must Buys:
Orange Box (Especially for the multiplayer damn)
Unreal 3

Must Pirate:
NFS: Pro Street
Hellgate: London

Phoenix Technologies launches HyperSpace "instant on" embedded OS (Engadget)

Nov 6th 2007 4:56PM Can you switch back and forth at anytime? Now that would be cool, I can never keep a machine Dual Boot for very long because I like Windows for all my games and photoshop/video encoding and Linux for...well everything else, and its really annoying to have to reboot all the time, eventually it seems like a waste to insist on using Linux like that and I end up deleting it.

Are you saying 'Ninja Gaiden' correctly? (Joystiq)

Nov 6th 2007 1:03PM I can't wait to show some of my friends this who insist that I say it wrong. I knew it!

NVIDIA introduces ESA standard for PC components (Engadget)

Nov 6th 2007 1:02PM Its a good idea actually, my friend has a power supply that can completely be monitored and adjusted from the PC and there are LCD screens on it too If i remember right (or at least a bunch of lights lol) he bought it off newegg if anyone remembers what its called and wants to post it. It comes in handy a lot, especially for overclocking.

iTunes 7.5 released (Download Squad)

Nov 6th 2007 9:50AM ditched iTunes for mediamonkey a long time ago, never EVER going back. So much faster and more efficient. iTunes is one of the biggest resource hogs i've ever seen, maybe the mac version is better, but on windows it adds a handful of applications that are always running in the background slowing your system down, and if you have a music library like I do, iTunes fails miserably just like the iPod I had to sell.

Seriously don't fill your iPod all the way with music, it will become slow and crappy and annoying to use.

I WANT to give the new iPod a chance (I had the iPod video before), but iTunes is a dealbreaker.

Zune Guy: changing name to Microsoft Zune (Engadget)

Nov 5th 2007 9:12AM This is so obviously a marketing scheme by now.

Crysis commercial keeps it simple (Joystiq)

Nov 2nd 2007 9:09PM I spent a good portion of money and time making sure my rig was ready for Crysis. It ran the demo perfectly. Can't wait for the full version :D

Assassin's Creed nabs 37/40 from Famitsu (Joystiq)

Nov 2nd 2007 5:51PM You trust IGN? They where the shit back in the 90s but umm probably the worst place to get anything game related on the internet now.

Compact $99 PlayStation 2 rumored to land in 2008 (Engadget)

Nov 2nd 2007 5:45PM Well its not a bad thing its just that there isn't really anything wrong with the existing hardware out there, I think a price drop would have been a better idea. But maybe there something about this particular model that makes the $99 easier.
