They had contracts with T-Mobile, not with Microsoft, therefore, it is expected that T-Mobile will compensate users for damage. Of course, T-Mobile is not likely to eat this monster bill alone, so they are likely sue Microsoft/Hitachi too.That said, this is a quite brilliant move Peek, and other companies should do the same.
